There are Four stages to transferring a domain from ghoulnet.com to another provider.

• Check the whois contact details are valid. The email address for the admin contact MUST point to an address that you can receive on.
• Retrieve your Auth code. To do this go to http://www.ghoulnet.com and select the auth code option from the Manage Domains Menu
• Get the new registrar to initiate a transfer. This usually costs you 1 years renewal fee but will extend your domain by that one year once completed.
• Check your admin email address for a confirmation email and follow any instructions contained within it to proceed with the transfer.

Notes:
If the whois contact details are not valid you will need to update them via http://www.ghoulnet.com . The option is on the manage domains menu at the top of the page.

If you have lost your orderid you can use the Get Orderid Facility on the Manage Domains Menu at http://www.ghoulnet.com which will resend it back out to you.

To transfer these there is 2 steps

• Get the new companies IPS-TAG (ips-key)
• Go to http://www.ghoulnet.com and select the ips-tag option from the "Manage Domains" Menu

The ips-tag is always one word with no spaces and all in uppercase.
