[edit] Introduction

Under the new system we not keep any passwords on the database in clear text format for increased security
Neither our staff nor server adminstrators have access to them for this reason and we cannot therefore resend the to you. However under the new system everything is centralised, ie there is only 1 (one) login to get into your main central account.

From this login you can now manage every aspect of your account.

[edit] How do I get my password?

If you have lost any of your passwords either for your main account login, your mail boxes, database or FTP accounts you can reset them from within your central login now.
If you have lost your main login then please go to the main login page https://hspc.gnhosting.co.uk/cp/ and use the forgot login option.
This will ask you for the email address of the account and send an email to that address with an authorisation code. Click on the link in this email and it will allow you to immediately reset the password.

[edit] How to reset the FTP Password

If you have lost/forgotten the ftp username or password you an retrieve them via your main account login
Please see http://wiki.gnhosting.co.uk/index.php/FTP_Login for details.

[edit] I can't login to my mail account

There are two possibilities here, one is that you are not using the full email address, for example if your email address is john.smith@mydomain.co.uk then you should be using john.smith@mydomain.co.uk not just john.smith as the login. If you are still getting password errors then you will need to reset the password. To do this go into the mail section for the domain, click on the email address that you want to set the password for, then click on preferences. On this page is the option to enter your new password.
