If you get a messages such as this

Limit has been exceeded on domain 'xxxxxx.co.uk' owned by client 'deazgcf' (Contact name 'yourname (9826-3286)'):
Disk space usage: 60.56 K
Disk space limit: 60.56 K
Traffic: 0
Traffic limit: 0

Please read the following notes.
Your hosting account has an overall limit for a number of resources including "Disk Space" and "Data Transfer".
These limits are applied per hosting account. Your account is able to manage multiple domains,
when your account was configured we created the hosting account for the primary domain and allocated some of the overall quota to that domain but left enough free so that if you wanted to add additional domains there would
be some spare capacity left in it.

If you are getting message like the one above it is either because you have reached the limits we applied and you
need to assign some more from your overall quota. Or if you have already reached your overall quota you may need to
to upgrade your account.

To check your overall limits log into your account at https://hspc.gnhosting.co.uk/cp/ then click on the system tab.

Once this page has loaded you will see the overall limits icon at the top of the page and a list of domains in the bottom section.

If you click on the limits this will show your overall accounts limits (not editable).

If you now go back to the domains list, any domain that has a yellow exclamation mark Image:Exclamation.jpg next to it has a problem with its limits.
click on the domain and you will now see this in the main area

Click on the domains limits button as circled and you will then see this

Please note the values in this list are for example only. If all you see is a non editable list please contact the support team via the ticketing system.

SUMMARY

  • When you order a hosting account from us you are allocated a certain amount of disk space to be used by one or more of your domains
  • If you have a multi domain hosting account we will allocate 10% of this space to the primary hosted domain and leave the rest for you to allocate as needed.
  • You can allocate this remaining space to either the primary domain or additional domains using the limits button within your account.
  • However you cannot edit the overall limits for your account only we can set those.
  • If you cannot edit a domains limits please contact us as this is a new feature and some accounts missed picking up this new setting.
  • Ensure you are looking in the domains limits section, not the master account overall limits. (if it says domains in the title of the box then its the right limits section)
