There are Four stages to transferring a domain from ghoulnet.com to another provider.

Check the whois contact details are valid. The email address for the admin contact MUST point to an address that you can receive on.
Retrieve your Auth code from the old registrar.
Place a transfer order via our site at https://hspc.gnhosting.co.uk this will cost £7.95 but will extend (renew) your domain for an additional year.
Check you admin email address for a confirmation email and follow any instructions contained within it to proceed with the transfer.

To transfer these there is 2 steps

Place a transfer order via our site at https://hspc.gnhosting.co.uk/ This is free. Please note it must be done before the tag change so that our system knows to expect the transfer
Get the existing tag holder to change the TAG to GNHOSTING

The ips-tag is always one word with no spaces and all in uppercase.
