FTP Login

If you have lost or forgotten your FTP Details please read these instructions on how to reset the password and retrieve the username:

To reset your FTP password please login to your account at https://hspc.gnhosting.co.uk/cp/

From there click on the "System" Tab at the top of the page.

If this is not the domain you want to access you can change to the domain by clicking on the "Select another Subscription" from the menu on the left.

[edit] Once you are in the account, click on the "Setup" button

[edit] in the "Account Preferences" section enter your new FTP password in both boxes and save it.

You should now be able to access your site via FTP again.

The upload directory is /httpdocs/
The hostname is your domain name preceeded by ftp. instead of www.
ie: if your domain name was exampledomain.com then the hostname would be ftp.exampledomain.com
