Cancelled and Suspended Accounts

If your account has been suspended it will be because we have not been able to take payment automatically.
Automated emails will have been sent out to the email address you have registered in your account, but no response or not action was taken.
To reactivate your account, log in at https://hspc.gnhosting.co.uk/cp/ and pay the outstanding bills. If your credit card has expired or is being declined you can remove the old one and/or add a new one.

To cancel your account and stop the billing reminders, go into the subscriptions section of your account login at
https://hspc.gnhosting.co.uk/cp/. You can remove your card details in the same place if you wish to.

Please note your actual billing account will stay active unless you instruct us to remove it. Only do this once you have downloaded all your invoices and other data as once we cancel a billing account the data is no longer available for you to access. Please also ensure you have cancelled all subscriptions and moved any domains you wish to keep to another provider.
